JOB TITLE

Description Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and completed Certified Nursing Assistant's

Certification. Knowledge/experience working with chemically dependent patients preferred. CPR/CPI (provided by facility)

NC Driver's License with Acceptable driving record Must be 21 years of age based on company policy Knowledge of 12-Step

programs. Ability to work with male and female, adult (18-over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed population Equal
