About the Role

MARINE TECHNOLOGY POSITION

Work on the R/V CAPE HATTERAS during the ship's student training voyages and in port periods maintaining the vessel and

keeping the vessel clean. Assisting Deck Utility Crewman and Scientific Technician with training and working on

technical issues when needed.

Receives general supervision from Ship Captain and essential deck personnel during deck operations. Exercises

supervision of students during deck operations and cleaning duties during training cruises. In port periods supervision
