About the Role

Join Barclays as a Finance Business Partner AVP, where you'll play a critical role driving financial insights and

strategic decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will partner with CFO teams and business leaders to

deliver accurate performance reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Risk, and

other stakeholders to align financial plans with business objectives, maintain strong governance, and control

frameworks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will lead process improvements and

automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy, while presenting complex financial information clearly
