About the Role
ASSISTANT MANAGER, MEAT/SEAFOOD DEPARTMENT
Assist to manage and supervise up to 15 associates in the Meat/Seafood Department. Is responsible for assisting the
Meat/Seafood Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department. Carry out supervisory
responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include
interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance;
rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
