About the Role

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Serve as maintenance manager of the HVAC, utility plants, plumbing and related shops. Use general knowledge of

mechanical engineering to manage the maintenance and repair of HVAC, utilities, and plumbing systems for a large

research university campus. Integrate general mechanical engineering knowledge, perspective, and methodology into daily

maintenance activities to enhance the lifecycle management of systems and energy conservation. Provide analyses of daily

maintenance activities to improve asset management and facilities systems lifecycle performance and cost. Review work
