ME TECH/WELD TRAINER

Carrier's manufacturing site in Charlotte NC, is seeking a skilled ME Tech/Weld Trainer to join our team. This hybrid

position is critical to elevating welding skills, reducing leaks and turnbacks, and ensuring code compliance in weld

fabrication while supporting manufacturing engineering initiatives. The role combines technical training leadership with

hands-on process improvement responsibilities. Beyond technical skill, the ME Tech/Weld Trainer serves as a steward of

safety, ensuring all machinery is operational and all safety standards are met without compromise.
