DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash. We explore robotics and automation to transform last-mile
logistics in the long term. This role lets you shape the future of drone delivery by running high-impact operations
where tech meets logistics. As an Operations Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and
efficiency of our drone operations. You'll monitor data and dashboards to spot trends, identify issues, and support
decisions with actionable insights. You'll help test and implement new workflows, contribute to operational playbooks,
