Superintendent

About the Role

The Construction Superintendent provides leadership and coordination for all phases of commercial or residential

construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are

being strictly followed, and work is proceeding safely and in accordance with the established schedule and budget.

Superintendents shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. The

Superintendent often provides leadership to field employees such as Laborers, Field Engineers, and Assistant

Superintendents.
